i purchased the heat pad last winter & it is fab, it keeps my two rabbits Elle & May nice and warm. i havent been using it lately though as its been warm enough with out it , so i got it in storage, ready for this winter. Although it came with a free cosy cover i didnt use this as sawdust kept sticking to it and it got on my nerves, so i took it off and use it without the cover. i will deffo recommend buying this if you keep ur pet outside as i do...

I just want to say that the service i recieved from yourselves was out standing, very speedy serivce, my product came within 2 days of me ordering and this was christmas week too. The products are great, well worth the money, the rabbits snuggle up to them every night - highly recommended...

A brilliant product. I put them in the kennel at 9pm and they were still giving of warmth at 06:30 the next morning. The cats love them..
