We only post to the UK (inc. IOM, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands), sorry for any inconvenience.

Delivery Charges are displayed after adding a product to your shopping cart. Standard deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00AM to 6:30PM. Saturday delivery is available upto 12pm on Friday and deliveries are made upto 1PM. Next day delivery is also available but your order must be received by 2.00pm. Extra delivery options can be chosen once you have logged in and entered your address information. All orders are normally delivered within 3 working days. If you require delivery on a specific day (other than Saturday) then please make a note on your order and customer services will contact you if any further charges are necessary.

Returns Information

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR DELIVERY:
- First check that the number of packages is correct.
- Carefully examine all sides of boxes for any signs of damage including minor damage.
- If any boxes are badly damaged then please refuse the delivery, please call us with the details.
- If the number of packages is incorrect then please mark the delivery sheet appropriately. please call us with the details.
- We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service but failure to follow this procedure may affect any returns claim.
