Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver our standard deliveries within 3 working days of receipt of your order (orders received after 1.30pm will be processed the next working day) . Customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the UK Islands may find their delivery takes up to 5 days. Standard deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. If you are not in when the courier arrives, they should leave a card and attempt delivery the next working day. The courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the goods to the local depot for collection. A delivery time or day can not be provided with the standard delivery. It may be possible for the driver to call before delivery but we cannot guarantee it. Therefore any requests for a time or day may not be accommodated with the standard delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery:
Next Day orders must be received before 1.30pm (Mon - Fri). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday(excluding bank holidays), so the earliest day for delivery will be Tuesday. Please specify in the order comments section which date you would like your order to be delivered. Providing all the items are in stock your order should go out as planned and arrive before 1pm on the day specified.
Specific Day Delivery:
For customers wishing to place their order for a specific working day delivery. We recommend you tell us using the order comments section which day you would like your order delivered. Deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. We are unable to provide a delivery time, though all Specific Day deliveries should be attempted before 1pm.
Saturday Deliveries:
Saturday Delivery requests must be received by 12pm Friday. Saturday deliveries should be delivered by 1pm. Saturday deliveries are only available to our UK Mainland customers and exclude items delivered by pallet.
Pallet Deliveries:
Pallet deliveries take 2-5 working days to deliver. Heavier wooden products and glass tanks are normally sent via pallet delivery service. The pallet company should call before delivery to confirm a delivery day and approximate time. Pallet deliveries are only available to our UK Mainland customers and may exclude some Scottish addresses.

All these addresses are likely to incur a delivery sur-charge. Please enter your postcode for a more accurate delivery charge.
Due to the size and fragile nature of some items, we are unable to send to send certain products to non UK Mainland addresses. Please see the products information page for more specific information pertaining to delivery.
The delivery amount has changed when I have gone to check out - why is this?
The delivery amount as shown on our website is a the charge for most UK standard deliveries, if you have selected a Next Day or Saturday delivery, a sur-charge is added for delivery. If you have entered your postcode and you are in a delivery sur-charge area, the extra amount for delivery will also be added.
I may not be in when the courier delivers, can they leave the goods on my property?
We can ask the courier to leave your order on your property, but any goods that are left are done so entirely at your own risk. If you do not have receipt of your order after the courier have left the goods as instructed, neither the courier or bits for pets will be liable. This is worth considering before asking for goods to be left. We would recommend if you may not be in when the goods are delivered, to deliver the items to a work address, or ask to be left with a neighbour - any means by where a signature can be provided.
Can the driver call me before they deliver?
You can put in a request for a call before delivery, but we can not guarantee they will be able. Drivers can have up to 250 packages on their delivery route, so it would be impossible to accommodate all requests for a call before delivery, but our couriers will do their best.
My order has been despatched, can you let me know which day it will arrive?
Standard deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday, and you should be in receipt of your order with three working days of placing your order. We can contact the courier and try and see if your order is out for delivery, but please bear with us as it can take time getting hold of the delivery driver for an update.
