General FAQ

How can I tell if a product is in stock?

If a product is listed on our website then we normally have it in stock. Items may be marked with a due date detailing when they are due to arrive in to stock. We list those items so that you can order in advance.

How soon will my order arrive?

Orders received by 2pm are normally despatched the same day and will arrive within three working days.
Deliveries are made between 8AM and 6.30PM Monday - Friday.

Available Delivery Options
• Standard Delivery (You will receive your order within 3 working days).
• Next Day delivery (available on orders received by 1pm).
• Saturday Delivery (available on orders received before 12pm Friday).
• Specified Day (Select the next day delivery option and then add a note to your order specifyng the delivery date).

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

If your order is sent via Royal Mail then you will need to sign for it, if you are out when it arrives then you will be given details of where it will be held ready for you to collect or arrange for another delivery.

If your order is sent via courier then our courier will attempt to deliver your package twice, leaving a card on each occasion. After the second attempt your parcel will be held at the couriers local depot, ready for you to collect. If you fail to collect your package and it is returned to us then we will have no choice but to make a further charge for another delivery. If you want the courier to leave your package in a shed or with a neighbour then please provide specific details in the order notes section when placing your order.

I ordered a wooden hutch/Kennel how will it arrive?

All our Wooden Dog Kennels and Rabbit Hutches arrive flat packed ready for assembly.

How easy are your Wooden Dog Kennels to assemble?

Our Wooden Dog Kennel Designs and Rabbit Hutch Designs allow for very easy assembly. Please click here to see one of Dog Kennels being assembled. Our Rabbit Hutches are just as easy to assemble. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to assemble one of our rabbit hutches or dog kennels, the assembly instructions are very easy to follow.
