Absolutely briliant. Ordered on Saturday arrived 1030 Monday morning despite only paying normal delivery. Really easy to put both hutch and run together and very secure, catch on front doors has been replaced by proper bolts. Got both hutch and run up in less than half an hour (would have been less without help from kids!). Good quality piece of kit, well made and sturdy. Particularly like that the top of the run comes off completely or just half way to allow kids to sit in with their pets easily and that the roof of the hutch lifts up (and stays up) as that will make accessing pets much easier when the run is clipped to the front of the hutch. Very well thought through design features. As long as we pass the RSPCA inspection tomorrow our rescued guinea pigs will love it!..

As my old hutch and run had seen better days i decided to get a new on for my two netherland dwarf bunys to play around in once it arived i bunny profed it wich cost me a lil bit extra and then they got put in it and then they started to chew the run wich ment i had to screw bits of wood on so that they diddnt chew the run to bits!!!! and on top of that they stoped using their litter tray, great hutch and run i just wish my bunnys were more compliant with me but they are worth all the money and the ones of stress that comes along with them :)..

Despite being slightly too small for my Mini Lop and Lionhead (it's their outside exercise hutch, but they're too big to use it permanently even with the extention), the Ascot Hutch and Run Combo is incredibly good quality. The heart shaped locks are completely pointless, and my terrified-of-thunder Mini Lop kicked the door open 3 times within a month and escaped - seperately buying bolts is essential before you get this hutch. On mine (I don't know if this applies to all of them) the door to the run is on the wrong side and is out of line to the rest of the hutch. It was incredibly easy to assemble (even if we did put the door on the wrong way twice, mixed up the panels and drilled into the wrong holes, but that's the children's fault). My rabbits thoroughly enjoy and appreciate it, especially in the rain where they can retreat to the warm hutch. A very beautiful hutch, I would reccomend it to anyone with dwarf rabbits...

Being new to keeping rabbits or anything 'small and fluffy' we spent quite a time browsing for a home for sons pet. The hutch it had come to us in was an old cheapy and had seen far better days sooooooooooooooooooooo........ We took the plunge and ordered from you....a good move and rewarded by good service and an excellent product which took us little time and effort to put together and site. We now have a happy bunny in a home whose quality should last for years. We shall be ordering from here again (in fact we already have). Many thanks to all at BforPs..

A wonderful company to order from. I called up spoke to a lady who helped me with my order and answered my many questions. I placed my order on the standard deliver and my order arrived two days later. I did not assemble the hutch myself, but it appeared to go together well and in good time. My daughters rabbits are very happy in their new home, and seem to enjoy going up and down the ramp. We close them off in the top off the hutch at night, and look forward to going down into the run in the morning. The roof is hinged which helps accessing the rabbits and cleaning. I may replace the heart securing parts over time. The hutch is a perfect size for my garden and my rabbits. We shall return for future purchases. It was helpful to talk to someone before I purchased, and put my mind at ease as I am always concerned when purchasing over the internet. Many thanks, Barbara Hughes..

I have had this hutch for about 6 weeks now. I am still as please as the day it arrived. To review the product, the hinged lid is very useful for access, the tray is ideal as all the urine and poop does not soak into the wood, the wire is stong as I am concerned about foxes in my area. The run is a good size and sturdy, and easy to get into. No leaks, no splinters and easy enough to assemble. I have made one modification, which is I have added a metal bolt to the sleeping compartment door, as foxes are a problem in our area and I did not feel the heart locks were secure enough. I would recommend this alteration to other customers, the bolt was £1.49 in homebase...
